Extend the platform. Together.
PulseCargo™ sits where freight forwarders work — on top of the TMS, in front of the customer. Partnerships extend that surface: more integrations, more marketplaces, more carrier coverage, more compliance pathways. If your platform serves freight forwarders or the customers they serve, we want to talk.
Six paths into the Pulse partner network.
Each category is built around a specific way your platform extends or amplifies what PulseCargo does for forwarders. Pick the lane that fits and let’s scope an integration.
Integration partners
Carriers, marketplaces, contract platforms, ocean-freight exchanges, customs brokers, document providers — anywhere a forwarder’s data needs to flow in or out. EDI, REST, webhook, or SFTP — we adapt to your protocol.

Ocean carriers, airlines, trucking carriers, drayage providers, and last-mile networks. Direct-feed integrations beat scraped data every time — especially for vessel status, gate-in/out, and tracking events that drive Pulse Watch alerts.

1. Intro call
30 minutes. We learn what your platform does and how forwarders use it; you learn where PulseCargo sits in the forwarder’s workflow.
2. Joint customer test
If there’s a forwarder on both sides, we co-pilot a small integration for them. Real data, real workflow, no MSA yet.
3. Co-marketing & co-engineering
Once the integration works for one customer and there’s a second asking, we formalize: joint landing page, joint sales motion, joint roadmap input.
4. Channel agreement
For channel and implementation partners: standard agreement with referral economics, certified-partner status, and pre-sales support from the PulseCargo team.
