How much does PulseCargo cost?

PulseCargo is priced per-company across five tiers — Starter Lite, Starter, Professional, Enterprise, and Enterprise+ — scaled by number of customers and capability set rather than by seat. We are not publishing pricing publicly right now; book a demo and the team will walk you through current figures for your operation.

Why does PulseCargo charge per company instead of per seat?

Freight is a single-digit margin business. Per-seat pricing compounds as a forwarder’s team grows and punishes the teams that need visibility most. Per-company pricing means a forwarder can add internal users and customer logins as the business grows without re-pricing. Predictable, defensible, and friendly to freight unit economics.

Is there a free trial of PulseCargo?

Starter Lite is positioned as a self-service evaluation tier for brokers and small forwarders testing the platform. A formal free trial is not offered; the most common evaluation path is a 15-minute demo on real CargoWise data structures, followed by a paid first month. Pricing is not published publicly; the team will walk you through it.

What is included in the Professional tier?

Everything in Starter, plus Synthetic Intelligence modules: Pulse Chat (conversational Q&A), PO Insight, Pulse Watch, Pulse Audit, Power BI Embedded dashboards, Pulse Score, and API access (early access through the Developer Portal). Phone and chat support. Up to 100 customers, unlimited admins, unlimited tenant users.

What is the difference between Enterprise and Enterprise+?

Enterprise supports up to 500 customers with full white-label branding, white-label email routing, full line-level Pulse Audit, document extraction, SSO, EDI module, CO₂ emissions reporting (ISO 14083), multi-framework compliance platform, and software escrow setup. Enterprise+ is for multi-region forwarders with procurement-grade requirements: unlimited customers, dedicated Azure infrastructure, cross-cloud escrow (AWS S3 WORM), SIEM webhook delivery, multi-tenant hierarchy, custom legal terms and DPA negotiation, quarterly executive reviews.

Does PulseCargo offer implementation services?

Yes. Implementation services scope per tier and include CargoWise integration via eAdaptor or read-only SQL (under one hour), data validation, custom field mapping, dashboard setup, training, and 30-day onboarding support. Most CargoWise customers are live in under two weeks. Talk to sales for engagement scope and pricing.

Do I need to buy Power BI licenses for my staff or customers?

No. PulseCargo includes Power BI Embedded on every tier — Starter Lite through Enterprise+. Internal staff and external customers view every dashboard inside the portal without a Power BI Pro or Premium-per-User Microsoft license. PulseCargo pays a single Power BI Embedded / Fabric capacity fee that scales across all tenants. A 20-person forwarder serving 50 customers stops paying a meaningful sum each year in Microsoft license fees that would otherwise be required to share Power BI reports.
