This page currently reflects the PulseCargo™ staging environment. The production environment is in a controlled pause until our first production customer onboards. Components below mirror staging health and are representative of what production will report. When production goes live, this banner is removed and the dashboard switches to production telemetry.

Material incidents will be posted here with timestamp, components affected, root cause summary, and resolution time. Per T&C §10, PulseCargo discusses remediation in good faith with affected tenants in the event of significant degradation.
Scheduled maintenance
Scheduled maintenance windows are performed during off-peak hours (typically Sunday 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM PST). Material maintenance is announced via email to tenant administrators with at least 7 days' notice plus a banner on this page.

Subscribe to incident notifications
Tenant administrators receive automatic email notifications for material incidents. Procurement teams and prospective customers can subscribe to status notifications by contacting us.
RSS / webhook subscriptions to incident events are on the build roadmap.

If you're experiencing an issue not yet reflected on this page:
- Tenant administrators: use the support tab in the admin surface.
- End users: contact your tenant administrator.
- Anyone: email status@pulsecargo.ai.
Notes on this page
This is a static status page maintained alongside marketing-site releases. A live status integration with automated component-health probes is on the build roadmap (see changelog). Until that ships, this page is updated manually within 4 business hours of any material incident or scheduled maintenance change.
