Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the PulseCargo.ai platform and is incorporated by reference into the PulseCargo.ai Terms and Conditions and SaaS Service Agreement. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your access.

1. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform solely for legitimate supply chain management, logistics operations, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and related business activities. This includes shipment tracking, purchase order management, invoice processing, document management, analytics, and Synthetic Intelligence-assisted decision support.

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1 Illegal Activity

You may not use the Platform for any purpose that violates any applicable law, regulation, or government order, including trade sanctions, export controls, anti-money laundering (AML) laws, and anti-bribery laws (FCPA, UK Bribery Act).

2.2 Unauthorized Access

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other users' accounts or data, PulseCargo.ai's internal systems, or any third-party systems connected to the Platform. This includes hacking, password mining, brute force attacks, credential stuffing, social engineering, and exploiting vulnerabilities.

2.3 Data Misuse

You may not use the Platform to collect, store, or process personal information in violation of applicable privacy laws. You may not upload data that you do not have the legal right to use or that infringes any third-party rights.

2.4 System Interference

You may not interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, including transmitting malware, viruses, worms, or denial-of-service attacks. You may not impose an unreasonable load on the Platform's infrastructure or use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without written authorization.

2.5 Reverse Engineering

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or Synthetic Intelligence models of the Platform.

2.6 AI Misuse

You may not use the Synthetic Intelligence features to generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content. You may not attempt to extract, replicate, or reconstruct PulseCargo.ai's models, training data, or proprietary algorithms through systematic querying or other techniques (model extraction attacks).

2.7 Resale

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or provide access to the Platform to third parties not authorized under your subscription, unless expressly permitted in your service agreement.

2.8 Circumvention

You may not circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, security measures, or billing mechanisms of the Platform.

3. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to security@pulsecargo.ai. PulseCargo.ai reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access, without prior notice.

4. Enforcement

PulseCargo.ai may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user or Organization that violates this AUP. In cases of severe or repeated violations, PulseCargo.ai may terminate the service agreement and pursue legal remedies.
